My LG refrigerator threw an "IF E" code just after Thanksgiving. I called Irving Refrigerator Repair to ask about the problem and to schedule a repair call. The rep I talked to was very knowledgeable about the LG refrigerator and we scheduled a repair call for the next morning. Fortunately for me, I discovered that a fix for my problem was to manually defrost the refrigerator. I did that, and the problem went away. I called the next morning to cancel the appointment and the rep was very professional and even offered that the problem could recur and what to do about it if it did. I took note of what he said, but I will certainly have them come out to fix my refrigerator if it happens again.

It begins like this, I have called and they send service man right away, like within few Hrs. Service man checked and diagnosed, and I paid $80. I have mentioned that I need to fix my washer asap. And service man roughly quoted $180 for parts and service including service fee i ve already paid. Now I ve called them next day and they responded back in the evening with $175 extra on top of $80 I have paid. I have asked why it cost this? And service man told me different estimation? Now I am still waiting for their response back never got anything back, called twice and now I haul away my old washer and also I paid $80 for just for nothing. So not so happy with this experience?

My refrigerator leaked water all over the kitchen floor. Found out it was coming from the attached water line for the icemaker. I was desperate to find somebody to come out and repair this leak and found Irving refrigeration repair. They were very responsive and were able to get me on the schedule first thing in the morning, as I noticed this late one evening. I did try a couple of other companies first but both of them we’re slow to reply or didn’t get back to me at all. The service technician arrived right on time as scheduled the next day and found the leak immediately, repaired it, and was gone before I knew it. Price was extremely reasonable and I would definitely use them again for other appliance repairs if needed.
